Some books has the ability to change the way you think about life, your perspective towards looking the situations or circumstances which you face in your journey of life. This book is one of them. I borrowed this from one of my friend who is out of town and finished it at one go. The most helpful piece of knowledge i got from this book is " Circumstances are designed in our life for a purpose to be fulfilled, until they are fulfilled circumstances won't change". A positive mindset will definitely lead to a positive life , i will implement all the lesson learnt from this book in my day to day life . This book has all the ingredients for harbouring positive thinking and controlling your mind there by controlling your senses . The best thing i loved about the book is the examples which revolves around great and successful men , women ,saints and how they achieve the mastery over their mind . I would recommend all the book lovers to go for this one and in this lockdown ,unlock the infinite potential of human mind .
