What she doesn’t expect is to be landed on a business trip with a famously fiery reporter Rajesh Lagheri. He’s travelling to a business conference for a story and doesn’t seem impressed by her involvement. But as soon as they’re out of the office, things change, and it becomes clear that there is more to Rajesh’s trip than meets the eye.
As Prisha is drawn into the story he’s trying to hide from their editor, their hunt for the story grows more intense, and she finds herself growing closer to Rajesh. As their chemistry threatens to overwhelm them and Prisha is pulled deeper into the Seductive Affair, she must decide what matters most to her - matters of the head or of the heart.

IF I COULD REVIEW IT IN A SINGLE LINE: fluffy, one time read.
THE BLURB:

THE REVIEW:
My first thought on the book would be that it is a very predictable plot that the author has remarkably intricated such that the reader is dicy to reach the end.
Early into the plot we meet Prisha a career oriented independent woman who breaks up with her fiance for a reason I totally get, to pursue her name into not becoming just another housewife. Prisha moves over and takes a job in a company that values her for everything she is and for fighting for her rights. There she meets Rajesh, another journalist. There is a very evident spark from the beginning and while both of them are strong career minded individuals neither can ignore the attraction they feel for each other. We go through the story of how they uncover a big news piece and eventually pieces fall into their places for both of them.
I liked how the author could keep a level headed story with turns without a very intricate or rather fresh plotline. And as again I have two different rating standards for Indian and foreign authors because comparing both is doing neither a good. Rishabh Puri as far as Indian authors are considered is an amazing author with a remarkable linguistic ettiqute and impeccable make reader turn pages trait.
Read it for a light fluffy one time thing.

I guess many girls out there can relate to her , yes Prisha . I won't mention surname cause I'm still confused about that .The character is very well spun by our budding author Rishabh Puri . Don’t go by the name , it is a perfect story of a girl Prisha who is ditched by his fiance and then joins her dream job in The Chronicles 🏫🏫🏫 The time changes🕞🕞🕞 and she is stuck with Rajesh Lagheri 😡😡 , a senior reporter who is disappointed by her inclusion in the project . His secret mission veiled behind his mask 🤐🤐becomes her mission too . The awkward air around them now turns out into an unwanted affair . Now I am not going to ruin the suspense and I would better suggest you to discover yourself .
Now low points :
1) The plot becomes quite predictable though you won’t wish to leave in between as his good narration and your combined curiosity will keep you hooked .
2) There are minor glitches like confusion of conference venue like it was in Banglore but ends up in Bombay .
3) The title says “A Seductive Affair” but there is nothing much of seduction and kind of affair .
High Points :
1) The main character is quite relatable because of her ambition for career .
2) The language used is easy to read and not stretches unnecessarily .
3) As the protagonist faces rejection , writer very well portrays requirement of patience for good fortune or destiny to play .
4) As I already mentioned earlier , the narration will keep you involved with the proceeding plot .
Though the cover don't justify the story , I loved it . And the free-flowing read made it a great experience for me 💗💗💗💗 And will definitely prefer more of his other works 🤓🤓🤓. For the entire review visit my website , link is in the bio 🤗🤗🤗 .
And hey book lovers what are your preferred genres .
