I had been looking forward to this book, after being a big fan of Sabrina Ghayour's Bazaar, and since getting my hands on it I haven't been able to put it down. There is such a great mix of traditional Persian dishes with a twist, as well as smaller bites and gorgeous and innovative desserts. I'd thoroughly recommend this book to anyone - big thumbs up from me!
Date and ginger chicken was gorgeous!!! Be prepared to marinade to get the best results and source authentic ingredients. Now have 3 Sabrina's books, this one is the best yet and I will probably try every recipe in the first half of the book (not got as far as the second half of the book yet)
I gave this book as a present to my son, he started using it immediately, and was most enthusiastic, he was already a fan of this sort of cookery. Maybe I am not being fair in only giving it 4 stars, but with the present lockdown, it requires ingredients not available in his immediate vicinity !
