Now coming to the actual review, It completely fills my desk end-to-end. My desk size is about an inch larger than this mat.
The thickness is adequate and you get a lot of space to type or move your hands around, even with an MX Master alongside a G710+ (without wrist-rest) and a K380 that I use currently.
The surface is pretty smooth and even feels definitely better compared to other QCK mats(I am coming from Qck mass >Qck fnatic(new) XL+ >Qck heavy). When you compare price to space ratio, this is a clear winner. The QcK heavy costs around 1700inr while this goes for 1999 on lightning deals, so this makes better sense in pricing unless you don't want a lot of table space being occupied by this mat alone.
The only con I can list here is the black coating that can easily attract all dust and it will be there until you wash it. Linus(LTT) states you can actually throw this in a wash machine, I'll have to try that once there's a need.
Overall, this is a must if you want a great mat which is actually worth the price you pay(just don't overpay.....these cost 40$US)
These are high quality mouse pads for those who want something of good quality. I use this mouse pad for editing and stuff.
Very comfortable and sticks to the desk as expected. The fabric itself is a very fine weave and smooth. I haven't had any issues with wrinkles, tears or the air pockets.
Packaging was great. You may have to roll the mouse pad in the opposite direction and put it back into the tube package for it to lie flat on the desk.
These mouse pads comes with different models like QcK Mini, QcK XXL etc which will be having difference in its dimensions. You can buy the one that suits you depending on your need.
I had this recommended to one of my friend who has an IMac for editing and he is really happy with it. He bought a QcK XXL tho as he required a bigger dimension one.
Overall a great product that I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.
SteelSeries QcK Mini 63005 Gaming Mouse Pad (Black)
I am a gamer , and have spent a lot of time gaming ( 7k hours on steam). CSGO mostly .
Product Review -
Qck Mass is one of the best mousepads out there. The surface is amazing and tracking on the mouse feels natural .
The reason why the thickness of this mousepad is important is , whenever you go for a lan party and you have an uneven surface, this is the best product to help you out . Normal mousepads will get uneven along with the surface.
The only issue will be size for most people as this is not a full length mousepad , but my sensitivity in most games is medium to high , which is not an issue with this mousepad. But, if you have a low sensitivity then go for a bigger size.
Use a little bit of shampoo to clean the mousepad over time , and let it dry out overnight .
This mat is a blessing..and i got it for 864 and trust me on this this is the best mouse pad coz of its thickness, its smooth surface and the grip which is very important to me coz my previous one slipped a lot..
I had a qck sims series pad before..and it kinda slipped sumtyms..
I play csgo and this works amazing with my rival 100..

I bought this one based on reviews from the likes of LInus Tech Tips and You Tubers like him and wish I hadn't wasted my money.
This rubbish started to peel at the edges after a only couple of weeks and now looks awful. On the plus side, it grips my desk perfectly and the mouse movement is nice and smooth. Also, contrary to other reviews my Logitech laser mouse works flawlessly with it.
However, the peeling edges and consequent shoddy look leaves me with no option but to say save your money and buy something else...next time I will get one with a stitched edge but not another QcK.
I am sure that the smell will go away. But when I opened it in the office someone immediately says "I hope that one doesn't smell like fish". Once I heard this and smelled it ... YUP. FISH. Why is this??!@#? Some crazy off gassing of the material used must resemble a fish like smell. So very strange.
I play games on a hard wood surface and with thinner mousepads I would feel as if i was pressing against the table its self. With this mousepad this is not the case, it provides a large surface which is very smooth, making flickshots and tracking very easy (if you have the skill).
The only thing I would say is that this mousepad needs to be cleaned every 3/4 weeks as it is cloth and you will find that dirt will build up which can affect mouse accuracy. I found the simple solution was to use a little bit of shower gel and clean it in the shower, using a brush to clean it but not brushing too hard as to affect the cloth. Then cleaning it off with water and allowing it to dry. This is what I found works for me but do this with care as I cannot guarantee that you will not damage your mousepad by doing this repeatedly.

SteelSeries QcK+ - Gaming-Mauspad - 450mm x 400mm x 2mm - Stoff - Gummiunterseite - Schwarz

Fnatic Gear Boost Speed Pro Gaming-Mauspad (Größe XL, schwarz, Hartplastik) - 400 x 305 x 2mm

So I bought this mouse mat based on user reviews.
I did wonder whether i should get a mat that was wide enough to accommodate the keyboard as well but thought that might be OTT. Having used this mat for a few days I started to think that I should have gone for the big one, because the mat always seemed to be rucked up by the keyboard. But there is a simple answer to that problem: rotate the mat from landscape to portrait mode. Sorted - and in fact it works better for me that way too.
The bad: it's no better, nor worse, than those free harder mouse mats you see given away for free at conferences or trade shows. Sure, this doesn't have branding all over it. But this also costs £25, which is a lot more than zero.
The edges are a bit sharp, same as the free mats. Hard to avoid when you're stamping them out with a press I guess. But, equally, for £25, you'd think they'd have filed them down, or maybe added some softer material around the edge or something. The sharpness of the edges irritates my wrist. I ended up placing a twenty five year old mouse mat (the ones with tons of friction and thick foam to grip 1990s mouse balls) underneath for my wrist to bump against, moved this mat in a bit so my wrist never sees it. I will grant this mat that the bottom grips well, it grips the 25 year old mat, and it's all ended up working out okay.
But apart from the larger size, I find zero compelling reason to spend £25 on this, when I can pick up identical, though smaller, hard surface mouse mats for free from conferences and trade shows. If I had ever expected to work from home, I'd have snagged one of those, but I guess nobody saw covid coming in time. So £25 is what I spent on this mat, and in fairness to it, it did do the job.
The mousepad is really good, smooth, glides well, with just enough control to tap heads. My mouse placement has slowly 'evolved' over the years to what I've found better and better until i'm at a point where I'm aiming using the bottom left of the mousepad with my forearm on the pad. As silly as it sounds, it's all preference at the end of the day. Although this kind of position is the BIGGEST downfall of the pad.
The logo isn't embezzled as a part of the pad, it's PRINTED STRAIGHT ON TOP. My old qck heavy was worn enough for this to not be an issue, it all felt somewhat smooth although it was quite worn so I bought a new one. The logo portion is NOT smooth WHATSOEVER. I feel like I'm aiming on a rock. As simple as it sounds to say 'just change your hand position', when you have thousands of hours of muscle memory behind something, it's really not that simple.
So in summary, if you aren't using the bottom left of your mousepad whatsoever, buy it. If you are, STAY AWAY.
If you're also a novice to mousepads, or you've had an 'ameteur' aimer tell you they just flipped theirs and there is 'no issue'. Hell no. Mousepads are tethered in such a way that flipping it results the mousepad being much less smooth, and is extremely noticeable, at least to me with thousands of hours in Counter-Strike. So it's an unavoidable issue.
Its a decent size mat and have not found my mouse meeting the edges during gaming at all.
The only downsides to this mouse pad imo are that it seems to attract dust and cat hairs frequently and also it has no waterproofing too it as i did spill water on it and it took ages to dry out!
Overall its well worth the money :)
As it is thick though, it's difficult to flatten from the packaged roll, be patient.
The logo is on bottom left which, i imagine, is the most used area. So i have ut upside down. No big deal. Logo is poorly attached though, just from unrolling i can see raised lines over it where it is no longer attached. Thankfully it is very small.
Edit; added photo of logo. Tip, the book trick to flatten doesn't really do enough. Roll it backwards to try flattening. Image taken before i done that.
