Small Hands, Big Plays
The Rival 110 shape has been sculpted for players who prefer a smaller form factor design. Whether you deploy a claw grip or fingertip grip, the shape will provide perfect comfort for long and intense gaming sessions.
Save your performance and lighting settings directly to the mouse for software free use at LAN events.

But the durability is highly doubtful.
Side rubber grips starts to wear out few months after the use. Didn't really bug me though
The thing which got me off was the double click issue in the right click exactly after a year .
I bought it confidently since it was clearly mentioned in purchase site that it was 2 years warranty.
Claimed for the RMA process through ACRO ENGINEERING website and got a reply its out of warranty.
Lol a 6k mouse has a fake warranty !.
Please look into it before buying
This one feels better and has much better shape nd material..i cant tell sensor difference much but its good.. buy this if u r looking for something around 2k
The most impressive thing that i felt was the weight balance.. even though g102 is supposed to be lighter on paper (85g)..but this one surely feels lighter due to good weight management..(90g)
Button grips could have have been better still i will give this a 5star due to pricing..
Will update if any issues occur.. 😄
If you liked the Rival 300, then in all probability, you will like this one as well. If you have never used the Rival 300 before then I suggest you get the Logitech G403 instead.
Enter, the Rival 500.
The TL;DR version is: It has the benefits of all the mice, and the cons of none (except maybe to some: the bulkiness, which personally i kinda LIKE)
I'm only going to cover the things that aren't already covered multiple times by every damn review and comparison you will read/see about the R500.
The weight / bulkiness:
Some people find this a negative factor, people like me find it a positive. It adds a total sense of 'quality' to an item the heavier and well-built it is. It's human nature to feel that way. For those of you pansies who like the featherweight types, the "heavy" weight is easily made up for by the plethora of mouse sensitivity options. It even has a decelerate function, which helps slow your mouse down, even you are at 160000000 DPI it brings the mouse to a silky smooth halt depending on how you set it up. i mean wtf that is epic for any mouse to have.
Damn easy to set up when i compare it to the interface of the rest of the mice. Especially coughcoughrazercough
Vibrations? yes please:
When I'm not busy setting timers for the vibrations and promptly shoving the mouse up my behind waiting for them to kick in, I use it to tell me when my cooldown or wtvr is complete. less fun than option 1, but more function.
You can assign 10, yes TEN different type of vibrations/tactile feedback for EACH button upon press, upon release, upon the coming of armageddon, you choose!
Useless stuff that no one cares or should care about:
You can remove the back rubber thingy. and make your own thingy! WHAT! yes hold on while i buy a damn 3d printer so i can shove my name into something that is angled towards the damn table surface and literally no one can ever read. There are some uh... removable? pads under the mouse. well they look removable, but theyre stuck. with glue. and they dont stick back after your excited ass tries to half remove them thinking its a weight adjuster. Spoiler alert: ITS NOT.
It does not have "hypershift" functionality. (you cant set 2 actions to the same key by using a 2nd modifier key)
Compared to the naga, its "smoother", has more grip/control and the buttons are easier to not screw up. You will never waste your ulti on that creep ever again.
Compared to the AW, well AW is mostly for the looks so nvm im going to skip this one and save AW some embarrassment..
Compared to the G600, its a toughie. the G600 is a hell of a mouse. The modifier on the right of the g600 has saved me tons of re-programming and has added a lot of ease. Thats a big +1 for the G600. I can't honestly say the rival 500 is BETTER, though i can say they are on par. Whats puts the 500 back up on par is the easy of the side buttons. It is just hella easy moving your thumb more of an up,down, left, right for your actions than the G600's more linear, harder to memorize sort of thumb movement.
The mamba is better in some cases. mainly, if you do work on the same computer that you game. The mamba is such an "effortless" mouse. has all the right buttons in all the right places and hypershift is a godsend if you use it for work.
When it comes down to gaming the 500 kicks it in the butt tho.
Long story short, want a good mouse that covers all the angles? get the rival 500. Want another mouse? Get that instead, always wondering "ermergerd i couldve just moved my thumb up down left right instead of this bullsh**" and then kill yourself.
This mouse is just incredible !
This mouse is good fo MOBA as well FPS gaming. If u have medium or large hands, this mouse is for you. Even if u have small hands you can use it with little practise, but still it’s a bit large in size as compared to regular gaming mouse.
It’s steelseries and this time they have given the over the top customisation. Add weights or just chang colour it’s possible in this Godlike mouse!
Can say best but costly E-sports mouse !
Good job steelseries!
Top international reviews
- Simple design, no cheap plastic or stupid, cheap over the top gaming lights everywhere
- I found that left click, right click and the scroll wheel require just the right amount of pressure
- Good software, with a range of custom settings (including sensitivity and RGB lighting)
- I find the two side buttons are a little too easy to click. Sometimes when I'm browsing I accidentally press them with my thumb and end up going back/forwards in my browser or in File Explorer without meaning to. However, this could just be me not being used to a mouse with them present.
- Nothing too impressive about the USB cable, which is a little bit disappointing considering that mice at an even lower price often have nylon braided cables which look and feel much better than a standard, plastic, grey cable, but not a big problem at all.
Good value, well built and recommended for gamers (like myself) who are on a mid-range budget when it comes to peripherals.
At 131 mm, this mouse is great for someone with long hands/fingers like me. I also love its 3 buttons on the side, as I configured the third button to serve as an additional Left Ctrl input. But coming from the Logitech G403, the buttons on the Rival 600 are not as good. The g403 clicks were so much better. The side buttons on the Rival 600 don't actuate as well because of the modular weight system, so there was a compromise made there, but the left click on the Rival 600 was worse than I expected and it really shows in games like "OSU!" . However, the mouse has been great in shooter games.
1st impressions of the Rival 110 mouse is that it feels pretty solid.
Things you to know when buying this mouse.
1. The build quality is pretty solid but it's nearly no frills. The rubber pads on the side help with gripping the mouse. The wheel is wide and has a nice click feel to it. The thumb buttons are thin. I usually prefer them to be wider/bigger but it's something I can get use too.
2. The mouse is small. I have medium size hands and find it on the small size. I'm mostly fine with this because I naturally hold the mouse with the claw grip. If your hand doesn't rest in this position or you have large hands I don't recommend the mouse for you.
3. The cord is not braided. This is fine if you are just having it sit on your desk at home. However if you are using it as a laptop mouse and bringing it with you make a note the rubber casing may break over time.
4. It is very light for a mouse. There's no expansion on the mouse for added weights. Again as personal preference I prefer a slightly heavier mouse. I also found the G403 to felt light.
5. The RGB lighting is basic and not gaudy. I prefer it this way and it's customisable to a certain degree with the SteelSeries software.
6. The basic standard DPI settings it came with felt low (around 2800) for me. It's easily adjustable after you download the software and change it. The mouse does feels reponsive and it's nice that you can test out setting in real time so you can alter it higher or lower as you test what you like.
7. The software you download through SteelSeries website is pretty basic and easy to navigate. It has a a lot of integration options with games and other software which seems cool but I doubt I'll use most of them. It would be nice if they had a setup wizard that could read how you use your mouse and gave your a customised mouse profile based off that.
The price is a bit high for a basic gaming mice. However it seems like it checks the boxes for me when it comes to aboslute basics should have and how it should feel. I've only had it a day so I may update this after a few months use.
Battery lasts all day (12+hrs) and charges quite fast (can still use while charging)
The lighting is really nice and customisable with the software (software is good and not bloated)
If it was not so expensive it would get 5stars
(will update if anything changes (durability etc...)
Edit: the sticky pads on the sides that you grip have begun to come lose and the glue is not the best. Only issue so far..
Been using it for a week now, still don't like it's shape which is different from my old mouse, this makes me feel uncomfortable in games, I also find that I have to lift it more frequently, I hope I'll eventually get used to it.
But, the price is ok and the sensor is very good and accurate and so are the buttons, I like the DPI button, the looks and the software.
It's also extremely fast (last mouse was 1600 DPI, I ended up trying different DPI settings and finally now using this one at around 2000 DPI), without enhanced pointer precision.
Software-wise you can download steelseries engine 3 which allows to map all the buttons (including the cpi toggle if you wish) and choose what patterns and colours appear on the rgb's which look really good considering it's a budget mouse.
Within the software there's also options to set two sensitivity settings (which you can toggle with the cpi button), acceleration & deceleration, angle snapping, and polling rate (all of which can be saved to multiple configurations for separate games). Overall a fantastic mouse to get yourself into pc gaming.
I like shape and feeling from material
Wheel is crap. Very cheap feeling. I can hear that it will stop working soon or at least you will get a feeling of that.
Software called "Steelseries Engine 3" is the bigist disaster. When you restart computer or mouse very often it will completely forget the settings related to lights and bind.
To fix it you have to restart the soft and even that it will not work always as you set so you need to set it again.
In overall. Very disapointed. I did mistake that i left Logitech.
Für CS:GO Spieler möglicherweise interessant. Für Singleplayer Games kein Mehrwert ggü. anderen guten Mäusen.
legs are poor quality oak as heavily marked.
All in all for my taste very happy whit the buy, also got delivered in 3 work days to Germany via normal post setting, so quite happy whit the purchase so far, nkt just hope it holds up for a while :)
Two reasons I only give this a 4 star and not a 5:
Firstly the DPI button right behind the wheel I think is slightly high, I've clicked it by accident a couple of times while scrolling which can be irritating during moments of game play.
Secondly it doesn't have a feature my old mouse had, which is a free spinning mouse wheel, which was great for quickly scrolling and zooming.
Neither points are deal breakers, but they hold it back from being perfect. Overall I'm really happy with it and I'd recommend it, if you want a great mouse at a reasonable price point.
The lcd screen is a complete waste of space, and honestly quite bewildering. Whilst being a nice feature to look at when you power it on for the first time, you will never look at it again. It is completely useless. As I understand it, the idea is to display in game stats, but this is not a natural or comfortable place to look, and I have never found a use for it. Other than to draw crude images on it for a giggle.
Overall an excellent mouse for gaming and productivity, would recommend the version without the dumb screen though <3
