This brand is simply making people fool by mentioning that it contains mono and di glicerides of fatty acids, they are not mentioning the sources cos it is from wrong source, it is from animal fat, hydrogenated oil which is very harmful and instead of that they have mentioned some scientific terms to confuse people
i was looking for a natural peanut butter and came across this, i searched a lot of brands and finally zeroed on this because it has less saturated fat and less sugar than most other brands the best option is always to make your own peanut butter if you have a food processor it tastes very good and is quite thick, cost is just right this is best you can get in india right now
The Product is substandard and is not a genuine peanut butter. if you see the ingredients you will find many other things which are added to it. The product ingredient details are not properly disclosed by the manufacturer. if you see Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids as ingredient which is not not correctly disclosed by the manufacturer what its exactly made up. The Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids are synthetically extracted may be from animal fats like pork, beef or any animal fats and which is not at all healthy. They also have used hydrogenated vegetable oil which should be palm oil. So this product is not a safe and healthy products particularly for vegetarians . so a not to buy product. Genuine Peanut butter should be made up on peanuts and nothing else.
