A great story but nothing like the series. Set in a different town. All characters are named different. Jim lives with his dad not mum. If you are buying to get a bit more info of the series then don't buy but if you want a good story then buy.

Different to the Netflix show, which disappointed my 8 year old. However, we've been reading it together (because it can get pretty scary in parts) and it's a brilliant story with some fantastic artwork and great characters.
We are both loving it.
