The book is very nice. It has a bonus story also. Only complaint is that the book was a bit bigger than the first 3 books. But the size doesn’t matter if the content is AWESOME right?!!!!!!

Book📙Trials of Apollo :THE TYRANT'S TOMB
Author- Rick Riordan
My rating- 4/5
PART 4 - IN THE TRIALS OF APOLLO SERIES
Review- the book starts in a tone of death, yes, Death. One of the major and most adorable character is going to die, yes, trauma awaits for those who haven't read this one. *No spoilers*. Major godess appearance🔮🔮, guess for yourself. The starting was a bit slow but the book managed to catch to Apollo's adventure. I feel Meg was kinda more considerate towards Apollo in this book which was cute, and no i DO NOT ship them.
The author was trying to be funny but not all of us can relate to the lines, the plot, the concept of the evil roman emperors was intriguing.
The best part of the book being REYNA LAUGHING, yes you read that right. Reyna laughs thanks and credits to Apollo. This was the most beautiful part of the book.
The character build up, there strengths and weaknesses was beautiful.
My favourite part/ quote from the book- how In a relationship both partners learn and grow with each other.
2) we can never bind our lives with things, it always going to be us and how we do it.
All in all a slow but inspiringly amazing Read.
Waiting for the next book, fingers crossed.

Now about the book itself: Love the book, although I might just be a little biased towards Uncle Rick. He never fails to disappoint. Apollo's narrative is hilarious and oh, the arrow of dodona and the god awful haikus. Waiting eagerly for the next and last installment.

Received the book in bad shape. Tons of pages are torn. At first I thought it was only one or two but to my utter shock and disappointment more than 20, perhaps 30, are in such condition.

This book is one of the best books in the world because it gave me a total rolercoaster ride. This book is really funny when Reyna laughs at Lester/Apollo. Then it gets sad at Frank's (believed death). I got addicted to this book after reading only the first few pages. Just when I thought that Rick Riordan's best book was burning maze and then he sent in one of the best books in the world which is The tryant's tomb. And I'm sure that Rick's next book which is the tower of Nero will be even more fascinating than Tryant's tomb, but hey. Who knows? Maybe both books will be equally fun. So please comment on this book if you have read it because commenting is the best way of informing the author how he should write his next book.

Every time you think this is it, Riordan couldn't possibly write an even better book because that would be an unattainable level of storytelling excellence, and every time he proves you wrong. The Burning Maze left me speechless, I can not possibly sum up what it made me feel in words, but with The Tyrant's Tomb, Rick truly outdid himself. I'm so glad to see middle graders these days get to read books like these.

A need to read for all Percy Jackson fans or any reader in fact.
Rick has done it again. A humorous book but still tense. Lester is amazing. I have been reading Trials Of Apollo since it first came out. Can't wait for the Tower of Nero next fall. If you want to read this book, make sure you have read all the books of Percy Jackson and Heroes Of Olympus. The characters link with the previous books. Even though it dosen't link with this series, I still think Magnus Chase N Kane Carter are a must read for all Percy Jackson fans out there.

Wow, this is one of the best books I've ever read. I wasn't too keen on the first two TOA, but this book blew me away. Read it all in 3 hours, so many emotions. A must read for all ages- I am well above the recommended reading age for this but it doesn't even matter!

Great for 10 year old boys but hard copy or download onto the kindle?
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 December 2019Verified Purchase
My son loves these stories. Its a great mixture of ancient Greek mythology mixed with a current setting. Really exciting story lines.
Nice to get a book every now and again. We normally download onto his kindle which he loves because he can use the thesaurus, however he really doesn't mind the hard copy and and really likes the hardback version. To him it feels like he really owns the story and I think he feels a greater connection to the author and story by being able to touch the book.
