Some of the terms used in the book are incorrect or not clear. Page 10 - Frosting directions 3/4 white sugar should be powered sugar. White sugar is what you put in coffee. Icing sugar and powdered sugar are not two different words to a bread and pastry chef. Powdered sugar is also called icing sugar or confectioner’s sugar.
The cupcakes on page 9 came out moist and flaky. We liked them and will probably make them again soon.
