The name customization they offer is a joke. I emailed the name I wanted on my wallet within 5 mins from the time I placed the order, but they didn’t respond. I whatsapped them, still no response. And finally, when I received the wallet, no customization was done. I simply wasted my time.
Besides, it’s a badly designed wallet: its cuts and tightness aren’t nice. I returned the product as soon as possible.
