My life has transformed significantly after practicing this meditation. The first and very important realization I had is to realize that I am not my body, I am not even my mind. I am pure consciousness or awareness using this body and mind to perceive this world. This meditation is helping me to be absolutely aware of present moment irrespective of situation I am in. Because of this awareness, I am able to understand/perceive concepts better and in depth during my work. Because of this awareness, I am able to solve problems better in my work and suggest better ideas in team meetings. My productivity has increased a lot in my work. I am able to respond with my ture heart during difficult times with difficult people (Instead of reacting in a bad way)
After practicing this, I was able to merge with oneness (Universal consciousness) , I am feeling less stressed during my work. My sleep has improved significantly and my energy levels are always high. It is very easy to practice this mediation. During my initial days I would set hourly alarm to remind my self about this meditation and stay in meditative state as long as possible. I honestly believe that I am really lucky to come across this mediation in my life.
I would highly recommend everyone of any age group to practice this mediation and make your lives more beautiful by enjoying each and every moment of life with heightened sense of awareness. - AJITH KALLUR.
