Very nice book, well presented, and the stories aren't too long you can read one a night and once you have finished the book just start at the beginning again. My 3 year old love's his pooh story time .

It is a great hard cover book. I love all the stories in them. I t remeinds me when I was a child my father reading to me. I can't wait until my daughter is a little older so I can start reading it to her.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Amazing value, one of my favorite gift to give, and great for reading-out-loud.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Amazing value, one of my favorite gift to give, and great for reading-out-loud. The writing is very good, eloquent enough to challenge my 5 year old, but simple enough for my 3 year old to understand, and contains great life lessons that make good basis for discussions with the kids. Each story averages about 30-35 pages and takes about 15-20 minutes to read out loud, so ideal lenght for bedtime.

Great book, great illustrations, terrible binding
Reviewed in Canada on 4 April 2013Verified Purchase
We bought this book for our little toddler, who loves Winnie the Pooh. The stories are fantastic for kids and the illustrations are top quality, exactly what you're looking for in a Pooh anthology.
However, the binding is poorly constructed, especially for a back-cover slogan "Stories that will last a lifetime." Literally, the first time we opened the book the binding started falling apart. We've only been reading it for about 4-5 days and it's already completely fallen apart. The cloth binding is not glued to the pages effectively and it tore away from the back of the book binding. And for the record we have not rough on it--I have a professional library and know how to properly break in book bindings and take care of hardcover books like this.
It's a lovely idea, but unless the publisher puts more quality in the binding, I would steer clear, because it'll end up as loose pages.
