Pages 6,7,8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 36, 54, 55, 58, 59, 62, 63, 66, 67, 104, 134, 148, 164, 166, 308 are missing. I'm going on all websites and spreading this reality about publishers Motilal Banarasidas Publishers Pvt. Ltd.
I so wanted to read this book. Now I have no other choice but to buy it at Crosswords store after physically checking the entire book.
Such acts will even reduce trust in online ordering and endanger the entire concept and habit of online ordering.
