In these books she had given the detail information about yoga from the Choosing the right yoga school, Joining the yoga class, Checklist of considerations before joining a yoga class, Technical note on Yoga and Energy System, In yoga practice sequence of Asanas, Beginner sequence of yoga,
Sequence of basic postures, Pre class meal and Post class meal options.
I like how she explains things and relate them from past as well. In this book I get the sense of urgency as well, she is pointing here, about we being Indian are forgetting our own true self values and trying Western things when all we need is within our culture itself because what now westerner are serving us is what they extracted from us. For example Power yoga.
It talks briefly about the history of Yoga and how to get into the yogic lifestyle the authentic and healthy way.
