I have the same question for the manufacturer. Your answer saying it is not testing, makes me uncomfortable buying it. Isn't a spike guard supposed to protect against suddent voltage surge, which is what happens when thunderstorms/lighting occur ?

It has 6(six) 3-pin plugs only and all of them can be used for plugging in 2-pin plugs if need be
