* Step 1. Register your complaint (You can press no if it asks you whether you have registered your product)
* Step 2. Upload a copy of your invoice (Correct Amazon invoice (Sample) CLICK HERE)
* Step 3. Fill in your Pick and ship address if different from registered address.
Once we have all details with correct invoice our customer service team will initiate a pickup of your unit and you will be informed via SMS and Email
