I have degraded from senheiser cx180 to this one. Highly dissappointed the sound quality is a big let down who is into more sound than bass sort. I found cx 180's sound more bright, more crisp in short more of my taste. Having said that these headphones are not bad, all depends upon your perception of sound.
Edit after a months usage: even the bass seems more boom boom shadowing vocals, lot of tweaking with equaliser it becomes better.
I would recommend jbl earphones if somoene is into bass, definitely worth buying.
