Having heard about the Challenger Sale concept, I bought this book expecting to see many ready to use techniques, tools, tips etc. Very disappointed with the book. Most of the book talks about their extensive surveys and the findings which prima facie looks obvious.

Sorry to say this but I do find many of these American authors pulling a fast one on people with aggressive and creative marketing techniques.
Disappointed !
