This is a wonderful book for beginners or advanced practitioners of yoga. Each aasana has explanation on correct breathing technique, right posture and most importantly a clear picture of which part of the body/muscle is being excercised. I have not only gotten myself a copy but have gifted it to several people who have been absolutely thrilled with the book just as I am. Good spend
