"Love is not what you do. Love is what you are."

Adversities call for mindfulness and possessing a vision that enables one to see situations as they are sans prejudice or personal perspective.

Midnights with the Mystic:

Cheryl Simone narrates her conversations and experiences with Sadhguru and the various programmes she was part of at the Isha Foundation (in India and America).

This book is one of the best books I've come across on the "spiritual" front. Sadhguru talks about his personal experiences and the powers of a yogi. The concept of karma and the karmic cycle, love, soul, existence, energies, the significance of the consecrated "Dhyana-linga" and the plethora of questions that a seeker has in mind who is on the path.

Experiences during the Kailash yatra, the science involved behind yoga and meditation and the impact it has on human life are beautifully explained. Ecstatic living in the times of competition and stress are talked about.

The book is a personal rendition having life experiences of various people involved in making India an ancient and significant spiritual land which makes it real and not larger than life spiritual talk without clarity of the same.

An absolute favourite!
