The phone is good but has the following pro/cons. I had purchased this phone on 28 sep and after using it for a week this is what I have to say .
1. Perf- The performance of the phone is good with all latest features like finger print sensor AI camera and the latest processor.
2. Charging- The phonephone charges quickly and it is helpful in emergency.
3. Torch light- Though the phone claims to have a 5000a Ah battery the torch light is weak
4. Camera- The camera is not at all impressive though the firm claims to have a triple camera the picture gets blurred on zooming and there are black patches on facial images.
5. I had requested a replacement and the above issues persists in both the phones hence it is not an isolated case, don't know if its a manufacturing flaw. The first phone had an addl issue with finger print sensor in addition to the above issues.
6. Have requested for a firm inspection from Amazon, awaiting their response.
7. Friends my sincere advice on new product launches never go for it, the firms are testing on us as guinea pigs.There are no refund policy as the same is covered only by a replacement policy by our so called "Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company". Amazon please train your staff to understand the customers standpoint and speak the language of the customer and not of the seller or the firm only then you can claim to be customer- centric Please do change your policy.
8.Amazon please ensure that such high end products are packed in tamper proof sealed covers as claimed by your team the replacement phone was not packed as the first phone.
