The mattress seam is falling apart within 2 weeks of delivery. Why and how this happened is unclear, but the only explanation I can think of is that Amazon delivery messed it up. I didn't notice it for the first fifteen days, and now when we set up the mattress, there's a big gaping hole. Amazon customer service refused to replace it since it's five days beyond the 10-day return window. So much for Amazon CS.
