Very well written book. Matt's anxiety and depression is palpable. It took me back to the days of my own struggle. And on certain instances my anxiety even got triggered. And I had to keep the book down for several days to be able to calm my mind n pick it up again. It's uplifting to see his journey. Gives hope. Many new perspectives, many new ideas. This book helps understand human struggle with their own mind, in a broader and brighter light.
