Please replace the Vivetronic 2 TB hard disk.It is lockdown in Kerala from 8 th to 23rd May.When technicians managed to come to install today the hard disk is not detecting.
I don't mind paying the difference to get a better one like Seagate.

Due to the pandemic please don't stick to the return window date of May 13th.You didn't stick to your initial delivery date either.

I will need to buy for at least one more house soon and have been an Amazon customer for long.

The cable was only about 65 meters and not 90 as promised and it wasn't copper wire inside( I bought
quality cables for the required length)

Some connectors were missing.
