Three Thousand stitches written by Ms Sudha Murthy, chairperson of the Infosys Foundation is a beautiful collection of 11 short stories. She talks about the life lessons which she learnt over the years. The book talks about her experiences when she started her foundation, how she broke the stereotypes when she started her engineering and talks about indian mythology at different places in the most absorbing way. The pleasing relationship she shared with her grandparents, parents, friends and family throws light on the simple life she has lived inspite of being so successful in her professional life.

The book is less than 200 pages and the writing style is creative, descriptive and yet effortless. I will highly recommend this short book and I am sure you will definitely learn something new from this book.
