Customer Review

I felt that several ideas were repeated from The Wish List and that the actions and decisions of the protagonist did not do justice to how her character was built up. The story ends abruptly and too conveniently. That said, it is still a good read. I could read the book in a few hours and enjoyed reading it, there were a few pages where I found myself just turning the pages without reading, though. Overall a good experience.

Spoilers ahead:
Does the ex-boyfriend from teenage/school/college always have to surface 10-20 years later as a millionaire and just sweep the female protagonist off her feet? This is a bit cliched.
Like The Wish List, the protagonist is very sexy and slim in her 30s which she uses to her advantage. Well okay, I agree that fitness is important.
My bias: I read The Wish List before reading this book.
