What drives you? What’s your dream? When is the right time to go achieve them? Is there ever a right time? Are you ready? Will you ever be? Is it selfish to go after your dreams? Will a 9-5 job ever satisfy you? Why do the mountains call? Why must we travel? What’s the truth? What’s YOUR truth?
If you want an answer to all these questions, read “On the Open Road – Three Lives Five Cities One Startup” a debut novel by Stuti Changle @stutichangle 🕳️🕳️🕳️🕳️ The book closely summarizes, if not accurately, the journey one undergoes when ‘starting up’ as an entrepreneur in India. Fast-paced and engaging it is a good light read with answers to many questions we the youth look for today in times of self-doubt. Seems like the author has learned much from her travels and penned down her wisdom in the form of a fiction. Travel brings you closer to yourself, there is no doubt.🌏 Women empowerment, corporate culture, blogging and the power of the social media are other issues the story touches upon with a slowly brewing and not-so-cheesy love story in the background.
It was a 3/5 for me. "Nothing is absolute. Not even right and wrong. The wrong always feels right and the right feels like an obligation."💫 ⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪⚪ (Couple of instances where the sentences or facts don’t add up or the narration loses the timeline. But I prefer to see the glass half full. Big shout-out to all those working towards achieving their dreams.🙌)
P.S: I plan to travel again soon after reading this book.☺️
