What's there to say that hasn't already been said about this game. Amazing gameplay, beautiful graphics, Heartwarming story, beautiful potrayal of Peter Parker till date among all forms of media, excellent side characters. Plus on top of all this, the game of the year edition gives you instant access to all the DLCs for the game.
