There are four 1 kg packs inside the box with PLASTIC SCOOP. This Surf Excel box is of much bigger size and all these 5 items are free to move inside due to which FREE PLASTIC SCOOP pears the bag of powder and getting damaged during transportation. Request Amazon to remove this scoop before packing for delivery. This is basic problem of Surf Excel packing. (Free Plastic Scoop is mostly useless which is creating harm to product loss for customers)
