Initially Wakefit team has helpmed for replacement of a matteress. After the usage of 12 months, my spouse and I are constantly getting back pain. We have gone through all the medical check ups and doctor informed us that the issue is with mattress that we are using. I asked for a replacement of the Wakefit mattress since they gave 5 years of warranty. Now a days there is no proper response from Wakefit. If they don't take action in another 1 week, I will deal this case with Amazon customer support until I get the justice.
