There are so many preconceptions we make in our mind for a typical work like sales. You should do this/that, be a go-getter, etc so was told to me. Not from an sales background where I recently shifted to, I felt out of place and not ready to accept to follow such directions. This book has really made me feel very open, sincere and happy about the work and made me even more firm in following my values that the typical 'sales' attitude. Thank you.
