It's really good. Good to use and practically painless. I pierce my 4 yrs daughter's ear when she was sleeping. Just wake up after piercing , little cry and very soon feel comfortable prove that it's really painless. Next day morning no pain, gone school and doing normal. Now I am waiting for no infection cure of her pierce ear. If there is no infection then will go for another ear.
