It is again one of those Eric Carle's books that deliver an important message through stories that are fun to read with the young ones. It is the story of a spider who chooses to quietly do what might seem as mundane and routine work while everyone else around is trying to distract it with potentially interesting things. In the end it is because of that routine work, it is rewarded.
Beautiful illustrations, high quality printing, sturdy board book with touch and feel to ever growing spider's web. Me and my son have ended up reading it many many times together.
