This book is a collection of 9 beautiful short stories. These nine stories try to bring together different emotions and themes from different walks of life. Some stories are different whereas some are simple and yet very engaging. The length the book is around 70 pages. Some of the stories are five to ten pages in length.

The stories are written from a very fresh perspective. The first story titled " oasis in the desert" give me a little bit of Alchemist Vibe but context of both the stories is definitely very different.

Out of the nine stories I read from this book the" The imprisoned Cocoon" was my favourite as it is narrated from a 7 year old boys perspective and her mother just had an abortion and he is not able to understand the root of the problem as he is a child and the story quiet fascinated me and showed a very clear picture of children psychology.

The criticism for the book is that the language could have been a little bit more cohesive and some stories lacked depth which could have been better by adding some more imagery and descriptions in the story to describe the setting. Overall this book was a good read for me and anyone who is interested in reading a short story collection which is light hearted can pick this book up. I would definitely recommend this book to beginners who want to start reading I think if they pick up this but they will definitely be able to read it till the end as it is only 70 pages and there are some interesting stories to read.
