UPDATE 16th Aug 2020 Ok, after 6 months of usage, my opinion hasn't changed. As expected, the pillow does sink in a bit. This is good, since it's become very comfortable to lie down on. Now, let's hope it doesn't sink down further. I'll fluff it up and continue without washing this year. Next year it will definitely need washing and fluffing again. For comparison I only used one pillow (on the right) for past 6 months and didn't use the 2nd one (on the left) The WakeFit support is really good and they keep in touch to collect feedback regarding their products. That feels really good to know, actually.
Original review: Overall quality of the pillows are a tad just over average (Which isn't a bad thing) If you're habituated to sleeping with hard pillows, it could be a problem as the head might sink in the first few days. Although, for a week or so, I had terrible pain in the neck from sleeping on these. Now it doesn't hurt anymore. It came well vacuum packed and look pretty durable for the price. One of the pillows I received had stains on them though, which was a bit of a let down (2 stars less for that reason). I like the fact that the case can be washed by taking the filling out. People who complain about the pillows getting flatter over time, need to understand that polyfill pillows are the cheapest kinds available in the market. They require washing, drying, fluffing every 5-6 months to maintain their shape. Just because YOU spend a lot of money in them, doesn't mean they are expensive. They're priced as per demand. Down feather pillows cost Rs 1800 per piece and still require maintenance once every year!! Be sensible. I'll update more over time and usage. Hope this review is helpful.
