This is the worst product which anybody can think of. The system came to me without Windows and MS Office. After multiple calls and complaints also, there is no reply or revert from anyone. Finally, we had to take it to multiple lenovo Stores. One of them installed Windows and MS Office NOT YET installed. Felt cheated........
