I got faulty inverter and this is not same as shown on website there was a DC fuse in backside of inverter but in my inverter it is not available. But i can compromise for this option. But I can't compromise with a faulty product its not working and showing error. It is not enough there is no option to call customer care directly to UTL. Its so irritating. Amazon should take action to utl. Now i am waiting for call from utl customer support. I am editing my comment after two days utl customer support executive called me and and maked my call to engineer then i have repaired that in coordination of utl engineer on phone there was a connector unplugged inside the inverter now its working fine. I am happy with it.
