Torn packet concealed by Amazon tape sent. Weight also seems less prima facie.. may be 2 or 2.5 kg only. Huge discount offered than market probably such packets served to the customers and return/ refund hassle to be faced afterwards. But the best thing in this case, no returns or refund even for the defective product. I would never recommend anyone to buy any product if no returns/refunds offered.
