I gave 3 stars, 'cause I've received the product with one foot smashed. I don't know how ATS handles packages. This one seemed like, having gone through some rough handling. On placing the inverter on the ground, it crippled. I think Amazon should put more effort into sensitising ATS(assuming they've caused it).
However, on the brighter side, I haven't filed a return 'cause I needed an Inverter asap, and I could fix the 'crippled-leg' with a wedge, as inverter is an "install and Forget" device that won't be moved quite often. Also, it's easy to install and works fine, so far. I hope It stays fair. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, although the cosmetic damage was a bummer too.
