Waste of money, guys, please spend little more and buy Isolate instead, I had taken a risk to purchase this being backed from such a big brand, I was always suffering from Gas problem. It was a disaster, so switched to Guru Mann Isolate, now I am seeing good muscle growth without any digestive issue. Always buy Isolate Protein.
