The key as sent by the seller is inactive and after feeding the key on office.com/setup the following error message creeps up: "Error Code: Inactive". Contacted amazon and they referred me to microsoft. The microsoft guy spent nearly two hours on my system through remote access but could not fix the problem because the key code is inactive and merchant i.e. cloudtail is to activate key or replace the key. Tried to contact cloudtail but they are totally unresponsive. It seems now I will have to approach court to claim recovery. Sad to see how Jeff and Bill are conspiring to loot us.
