The item was faulty. Ifb service is also too bad. First thing I faced with the demo. The demo person did not visit for some unknown reasons. After repeated calls to ifb customer care, they sent the demo person finally. When he arrived, he found that the item was faulty, the display panel was not working. I registered a complaint in ifb customer care, and as far as i know, the demo guy also registered a complaint. He also sent me an image of his report which clearly mentions that the item is faulty. I was advised that a technician will visit within 24 hours, and three days went by. Again calling ifb, I found that no complain is registered and demo is also showing closed. Then, while again registering a complaint, I was advised that the server is not working and I should wait for one day or so before the complain itself gets registered.
I would strictly recommend anyone to look for good service before buying from such a reputed company, because it looks like they can avoid their fault very easily when needed.
