Heartbreaking, hopeful, and amazingly written, 'Reasons to Stay Alive' is not only Matt Haig's journey from the lowest point of depression and anxiety to a place of hope, but also has some tips and affirmations about how to help yourself during this time. And I don't have words to express what I felt as I read it. I cried like a baby and when I finished it, I hugged it to myself because I know that it is going to be an important part of my life from now on.
Love, love, love it! If you're suffering from depression and anxiety - even if you're not - read this book for perspective.
