I am using it in top load LG washing machine, after putting it in the appropriate place when I checked after washing my clothes I found that there was some small hard pieces remaining, basically it couldn't mix properly and I am surprised what was hard pieces? Earlier I was using normal surf excel which was absolutely fine but surf excel matic is not good.
