This book is a sequel to the book "Life is what you make it" and this book is published seven year after the first one. The book is about Ankita, who has fought a mental disorder. She has been through hell and survived two suicide attempts. Now, she is no more on medication and trying to live a normal life. She has got admission in a "creative writing" course, which she always wanted to pursue. She is trying to give her life a new start and forget all the memories from the past. But life keeps reminding her the past she wants to forget. Now her boyfriend from the past is back into her life and meanwhile she finds a book in her library, which draws her in, consumes her and sends her into the darkness that rips her apart. Will she be able to cope up with all this? Will she be able to live a so called normal life? Well you got to read the book. Story basically tells us, how difficult it is for someone, who have once been in a nental hospital to live a normal life. How people keep suspecting you. How you keep fighting your own thoughts. Language of the book is quite simple and easy to understand, even for beginners. Narration is brilliant and so gripping. Story is unpredictable, one can't tell what is going happen next. I also love the cover and meaning of life behind it. Overall, it was worth the wait.
