One of the best books I ever read on Self Help. This is definitely going to end up on my top 10 books in the self-help category. The book clearly states why we do by getting into the bones of it. The tools and strategies given are very sensible and easy to apply. This book is a must-read for all those people who wonder why they are slacking when doing the things that matter to them most. It also addresses why motivation does not last long and how we need to keep going even when motivation does not exist. The book also depicts graphically how everything we do eventually adds up in the end and why people give up when they don't see the results.
If you need a clear blueprint on how to change old habits and stick to new ones and understand the science behind habits and systems that create them this is a must-read.
