I had ordered a 'Smart Plug'on 09-01-2018 which was returned back as it was defective when I received it. I received a replacement for it on the 23-01-2018. The plug is again dead. The red indicator does not change to green and there is no output. The product quality is very poor and hence it can be picked if possible. I would prefer a full refund and not replacement as I am totally dissatisfied with it. Thanking you,
