Kindle is pathetic. The first ever Kindle I ordered was defective & I had to replace it as it was not responding. Touch was not working. Then after that I got a replacement. Which was not used so much. When I started using the product the accessibility feature did not work properly. My Bluetooth headphones did not get connected. I did the factory reset. Still Bluetooth did not get connected. I contacted the technical support team they said to install audio files which was done. Still it did not work. They asked me to replace for the third time. So just imagine the quality. N Amazon is taking the customer for a toss. Hopeless service.
