The book consists of 100 small Buddhist lessons to live life freely, live peacefully, be calm and embrace death easily. What I loved the most about this book is the lessons are extremely short, but life altering nonetheless. Also the illustrations in each page are soo unique!
I have always been intrigued by Buddhism, and hence found the book really interesting. Reading a lesson a day from this book can really make some changes in life.
