The product went bad in 3 months of purchase which is not the issue. However, Transcend services are so disappointing that after writing a detailed mail of the problem and possible combination of solution performed they reply with the same basic solutions without entertaining to any request of mailing back the product to fix. The customer service lacks trust and understanding, making the product a bad choice because of the service.
